THAIS, Inc.'s mission is to enhance the quality of life of Thai individuals and families in Los Angeles County
through the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate health, mental health, and social services.

THAIS, Inc.'s activities are particularly directed to serving Thais who are low-income, mono-lingual and who,
in the past, have been left out of social services. We seek to involve Thais of all ages and backgrounds.
Our activities and community involvement include:
- Free Breast Cancer Screening
- Enrollment Assistance programs for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Low-income Housing, Food Stamps and Welfare.
- Senior Program
- Youth Program
- Hypertension, Diabetes, and Cholesterol Screening
- Annual Health Fair
- Computer Job Training For Seniors
- Children's Tobacco Education Program
- After School Tutoring
- The Bamboo Teen Club For Thai Youth
- Annual Thai Heritage and Food Festival
